KATIE’S BIO:
Katie has become the go-to expert for young people looking to make their first journey into the world of insurance or those who are seasoned buyers.
Angle Insurance Solutions has been in Katie’s family since the 70’s; starting with her grandfather, Rick Rocco, taking over ownership from the original founder of the business, William Angle. Angela Kurlich, Rick’s daughter and Katie’s mother, took over ownership in 2005 after working for her grandfather since she was in high school. Proud to be fourth generation owner of the business, Katie joined the agency in 2019 and has taken over the business upon the passing of her mother, Angela.
In 2018, Angela was selected to be part of an elite group of business owners to participate in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Offered by Goldman Sachs and Babson College, the program allows entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn more ways to grow their businesses and create jobs in local communities.
